a film about water, memory and the spaces that connect us
Currently in production
In Freshwater is a short artistic documentary exploring our relationship with water through the experiences of three women from different backgrounds across the West Midlands.
Through their personal stories, the film explores the healing power of water, the rituals we build around it and the ways swimming can help us find resilience, push our boundaries and reconnect with ourselves.
As the climate crisis puts increasing pressure on our water environments, the film invites us to think differently about our relationship with water and what it means to protect it.
